Welcome to Ask Nata ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Ask Nata app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Live in a country where the Service is legally allowed
• Register using your own social media account (Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat)

The Service is designed for women. To maintain safety, we verify gender through a one-time AI selfie check. If you are not a woman, you may not use the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

Ask Nata is a platform for women to:

• Record that they are dating or seeing someone
• See whether someone else has reported dating the same person
• Submit reports associated with a social profile or phone number
• Check for potential red flags in someone they are dating

Ask Nata does not:

• Provide background checks
• Verify the identity of people being reported
• Guarantee the truthfulness of reports
• Mediate relationship disputes
• Offer legal advice

This is a community-driven information-sharing platform. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their own submissions.

3. Account Registration

To use the app, you must:

• 1. Log in using Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat
• 2. Complete AI selfie verification (deleted immediately after)
• 3. Agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your social login
• Ensuring your information is truthful
• Not impersonating anyone

You may delete your account at any time.

4. User Reports

Users may create reports about:

• A social profile (Instagram/TikTok/Snapchat)
• A phone number, including WhatsApp numbers

Reports may include:

• Text details
• Evidence (optional)
• Public or private evidence settings

You may delete your reports anytime, and they are permanently removed.

You agree that:

• Reports must reflect real interactions (dates, conversations, relationships)
• You will not upload fake, harmful, or defamatory content
• You will not use the Service to harass, stalk, or bully anyone
• Evidence must be your own and legal to share

We reserve the right to hide or remove reports that violate these rules.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the app if you are not a woman
• Create false reports
• Impersonate another person
• Abuse or harass anyone
• Upload illegal or unauthorized content
• Try to reverse engineer, copy, or scrape the platform
• Create multiple accounts
• Use the app for surveillance or malicious purposes
• Attempt to identify other users who submitted reports

Any violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.

6. Verification and Evidence

Users may choose between:

• No evidence
• Private evidence (visible only to Ask Nata moderators)
• Public evidence (visible to users)

We do not guarantee that submitted evidence is genuine. We provide tools, not judgments.

Ask Nata may remove evidence that violates privacy laws or community guidelines.

7. Premium Features & Payments

Ask Nata offers optional Premium features, including but not limited to:

• Viewing full report history
• Accessing details of overlapping reports
• Receiving notifications
• Removing ads

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store card details.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

8. Advertisements

Non-premium users will see advertisements. Ads may come from third-party providers. We never share sensitive user data (reports, identities, phone numbers, etc.) with advertisers.

9. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your content (reports, text, evidence). By submitting content to Ask Nata, you grant us a license to:

• Use it within the app
• Display it to other users (subject to your privacy settings)
• Store, process, and analyze it for safety, moderation, and platform functionality

This license ends when you delete the content.

10. Intellectual Property

Ask Nata and its logos, design, features, and platform code are protected intellectual property.

You may not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Modify
• Reproduce
• Reverse engineer

any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Ask Nata is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of reports
• Accuracy of AI analysis
• That the app will always work without interruption
• That evidence submitted by users is authentic

Ask Nata is a community-driven tool, not a legal or investigative service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for false, inaccurate, or misleading reports
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on information in the app
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the platform

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate the Terms
• You provide false information
• You attempt to harm, exploit, or misuse the Service
• You submit malicious or illegal content

You may delete your account at any time.

14. Modifications to the Service

We may change, update, or remove features at any time. We will notify users of major updates.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable EU regulations (including GDPR).

Disputes may be handled through Hungarian courts unless otherwise required by law.
